The Society issues

Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali committed to the humanity cases, where she devoted her life to charitable and community work locally and internationally.She carried a clear and a noble message that she worked to accomplish through many initiatives in and outside Kuwait in her view of positive vision of life, which contributed to the development of the human self and to achieve better life for others.Sheikha Intisar seeks to develop solutions to many important issues such as education, health and human rights, especially for children and women.

'Boomerang' Program applies in schools

Al-noweir initiative launched the first awareness program in the Middle East 'Boomerang' which aims to address the phenomenon of bullying under the slogan "What Goes Around, Comes Around".

The drama therapy program aims to create a good behavioral environment to encourage positivity and  increase the creativity of students at 21 private schools in Kuwait.

'Women in War' documents the work of Intisars Foundation

In conjunction with International Women's Day, Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah launched the book 'Women in War'. The book brings together the work of 23 artists who dealt with the experiences of war-affected women. The book also documents the work of the Intisars Charitable Foundation in supporting  Arab women who suffered of war's tragedy recently and treat them by art and drama therapies.

#One Million Kuwaiti Smile

Al-noweir initiative launched the "One Million Kuwaiti Smile" campaign in cooperation with Zain Telecom. The campaign aims to discover the positives and focus on the wonderful things around us.

The campaign is based on scientific studies that showed that looking at smiling faces and meditating for 20 minutes transforms the life of pessimistic people to optimism within 7 weeks.

Yellows Campaign

Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali launched Yellow campaign to spread positivity in the community by AlNowair initiative’s team, with the participation of distinguished volunteers from Kuwait, who have done several charitable works in the country. The campaign aims to promote kindness and positivity in the community, through random charity in all areas of Kuwait, especially since it has been scientifically proven that kindness, whether given or received, contributes to the rise and development of societies.

The Yellow Window

Al-noweir initiative launched its awareness program "Yellow Window", which aims to create a more welcoming and friendly atmosphere in institutions. The program will train the staff for a month by holding workshops discussing the techniques to bring on the positive spirit during their servce.

Worth-mentioning that the program started at the pharmacy of Al-Adan's hospital, where the pharmacy considers as the last stop for patients before they left, and their impression must be positive and optimistic.

Drama therapy workshops

The Intisars Foundation has created a new method for war-affected Arab women. A training program has been developed in collaboration with theater teacher Farah Wardani to rehabilitate women refugee at the Shatila refugee camp to brighten their lives.

Positive thinking

Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali who worked on many charitable works attempted to promote positive thinking in society and to send trainees abroad to study positive psychology literature to make the positive lifestyle a contribution to sustainable development.

In July 2016, She launched 'Bareeq' program that aims to positive thinking by exercising simple and short interactive workouts of positive psychology. The program is now performed within classrooms in government high schools and in Kuwait University faculties.
